The Human Side of Leadership (formerly Conflict Ready™ Leadership) Note: This course was previously titled Conflict Ready™ Leadership. The new title reflects updated branding; the core curriculum remains unchanged. The Human Side of Leadership is a leadership development experience for people responsible for leading others through the real, human complexities of work. Leaders strengthen their ability to build trust, navigate difficult conversations, understand the impact of power and role, and remain grounded when challenges arise. The course explores how leadership habits such as avoidance, urgency, over-control, and over-functioning can affect people, relationships, and workplace culture. The focus is not on scripts or quick fixes. It is on developing the self-awareness, clarity, judgment, and presence needed to lead people well—even when leadership gets hard. This program is designed for leaders with responsibility, influence, or decision-making authority who are willing to examine not only how they lead, but how their leadership impacts others.
