The Human Side of Onboarding (formerly Conflict Ready™ Onboarding) Note: This course was previously titled Conflict Ready™ Onboarding. The new title reflects updated branding; the core curriculum remains unchanged. Great onboarding is about more than policies, processes, and getting people up to speed. It is about helping people understand how we work together—how we communicate, navigate differences, build trust, take accountability, and stay connected when things get hard. The Human Side of Onboarding introduces the shared language, foundational mindset, and core principles that help people build healthy working relationships from day one. Participants explore how trust is built, how communication shapes culture, and how to engage the inevitable differences and tensions of organizational life without damaging relationships or belonging. Conflict is still part of that conversation. Because wherever there are humans, there will be differences, misunderstandings, tension, and disagreement. The goal isn't to eliminate those moments. It's to build the kind of workplace relationships and culture that can hold them. The Human Side of Onboarding is where that work begins: connected from day one.
